Protective Services
To Report Elder Abuse, call the
Area Agency on Aging
at 1-800-982-4346, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Adult Protective Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help those Pennsylvania residents age 60 or older who are at imminent risk of physical or emotional abuse, abandonment, exploitation, or neglect. Those calling to report elder abuse need not give their name to the Area Agency on Aging.

Ombudsman Program

The Ombudsman Program helps those who reside in long term care facilities like Personal Care Homes, Nursing Home, or Dom Care Homes by informing these individuals of their rights and by helping resolve any concerns that they may have about their care.
