Family Caregiver Support Program benefits for income-eligible caregivers include:

• Funding for the purchase of supplies or services - may be as much as $500 per month

• Funding for home adaptations like bathroom  modifications - may be as much as $2,000

• Training in Caregiving skills

•  Referrals to other helpful programs

• Respite Care – temporary care in a long term care facility while the caregiver takes a break 

• Assistance in completing benefits and insurance forms

The Family Caregiver Support Program serves caregivers of loved ones age 60 and older and also caregivers of loved ones who are under the age of 60 and have a diagnosis of Dementia or related disorders.
